  1. What are the minimum and maximum numbers of people in a group for which we can hire a coach?
  2. Our company offers coaches for groups of various sizes – the smallest one is for 16 persons, while the largest one has 81 seats.

  3. Is it possible to modify your coaches to meet special needs, e.g. for a business trip?
  4. Yes, we offer a wide range of services for companies. For example, we can install tables if required, and the coaches are also equipped with audio and video inputs. This means a small audio mixer and Apple TV can be connected to turn the coach into a fully operational office, with the option to stream presentations to the coach screen during the journey. We can also provide clients with catering throughout the entire journey.

  5. What about refreshments on board?
  6. Our coaches have a small kitchen where passengers can prepare coffee or tea. There is also a fridge for non-alcoholic beverages, beer or wine. If you want more refreshments, we will be happy to provide you with catering throughout the journey.

  7. Yes, all our coaches are equipped with screens and intranet with the Passengera information and entertainment system, where passengers can find films, music and information during the journey.

  8. Yes, our coaches offer Wi-Fi connectivity for all journeys across Europe.

  9. Of course transported groups can include children, but please note that children under the age of 6 must have their own safety seat. Safety seats for older children are available. As for disabled clients, some of our coaches have barrier-free access, ensuring they are comfortable for people with different disabilities.

  10. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board our coaches.

  11. The price you pay includes all possible fees associated with travelling by coach.

  12. There is a 24/7/365 helpline for our clients, and we normally resolve any issues within a few hours. For clients using our coach services, we guarantee a replacement vehicle will be provided within 4 hours. Since our company is a member of the Global Passenger Network, we can provide you with services of the same quality in all GPN member states.

  13. Setra coaches are the safest in the world, primarily because the manufacturer has always used all the technical innovations available in the field of safety. All our coaches have passed the shuttle crash test outlined in ECE-R29 and feature a number of safety components, such as adaptive routing technology (ART), a lane departure warning system (SPA), Attention Assist (AtAs), Active Brake Assist 3 (ABA 3), an electronic braking system (EBS) and an electronic stability program (ESP®).

  14. On average, our coaches are two years old. One of our priorities is to provide our customers with state-of-the-art vehicles.

  15. Our drivers are experienced professionals. Those who transport groups as part of incoming services have to have at least three years’ experience. Drivers of line buses have to have two years’ experience of driving buses.

  16. Yes, all our vehicles are insured against theft and accidents. Passengers are covered up to CZK 100 million, luggage up to CZK 3 million.

  17. When placing a binding order, the client pays 50% of the total price immediately and the remaining 50% four weeks the intended date of use.
