Umbrella Coach & Buses celebrated its double birthday
This June it has been exactly 15 years since Umbrella Coach & Buses, a company focused on renting of premium buses, has appeared in the market of transport agencies. In addition to that, at the same time we celebrated the five-year anniversary of successful cooperation with the German company FlixBus, for which Umbrella secures regular bus lines all across the Europe. Enough reasons to organize a proper party for our employees and partners!
On Saturday, 8 June 2019, more than 300 guests gathered in Empire Hall of the Slavic House in Prague. All of them have one thing in common – their business is a buss service. The guests include hundred of employees of Umbrella Coach & Buses, guests from the German FlixBus, representatives of bus manufacturers and bus transporters, as well as some other prominent guests.

There was a multi-hour program prepared for them, presented by host Jan Čenský. The opening speech had the founder of the company Umbrella Coach & Buses Pavel Steiner, who invited all guests and thanked them for years of mutual cooperation. After that, the guests enjoyed the cultural program which began with the performance of the vocal group 4TET. During the evening, Josef Laufer, Vašo Patejdl, Prague Queen European Tribute Band and Stanislav Hložek performed. The guests also seen the fascinating light painting show by Alex Dowis. The guests who did not leave before midnight, some of them definitely because of the delicious buffet by Zátiší catering, had a chance to enjoy the great DJ set by the legendary DJ Miloš Skalka.
